CORE RHYTHMS KICK START DVD
This Core Rhythms workout is great for those new to the workout and just starting with a new workout program. Kick Start moves at a slower tempo to help teach and perfect the three basic moves of the workout for maximum effectiveness. Once you've perfected your moves you'll burn even more calories and be that much closer to your weight loss goals. Once you've mastered the Kick Start workout, move up to the Full Workout. |
